The scool is located in the Vienna suburb of Kagran on the norther side of the Danube flood plain. It lies about 1 km. from an old arm of the Danube, a lake known as the Alte Donau (Old Danube). The area is flat and the height above sea level is 170 m. The area around the school is a mixture of shops, car parks and apartments. The school's automatic weather station is on the roof of a three storey building. |
